We believe in the quality of our products and we make them to last for years. Still, we realize that sometimes things go wrong. To protect you against manufacturing defects, we include 1 year limited warranty with our products. 

What Does the 1 year limited warranty cover?

To be eligible to claim the warranty one has to be the original consumer and purchaser and should have purchased the product from the company’s website or official online retailers only.

A copy of the original invoice of the company is needed to determine the original date of purchase. 

Products have warranty against any manufacturing defect only, warranty does not include damages resulting from improper use. 

What Does the 1 year limited warranty NOT cover?

Warranty is applicable to sagging of pillows only

Warranty does not include fabric damage such as tears, stains, colour fading, burns, shrinkage and Zips

Warranty does not cover preferences in comfort level. There might be a normal increase in the softness of the product. 

Warranty is not valid if the product is physically abused or damaged.

How is the warranty period decided?

Original invoice of the company is needed to determine the original date of purchase.

The warranty is for 365 days from the original date of invoice. Repair or replacement of the products does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period.

What will be the procedure to claim the warranty?

If you find any manufacturing defect in your Rise & Shine product, please inform us about it at contact@riseandshineproducts.com or call us at +919414052867.
The Customer care executive will advise you on properly packing the product for return & also arrange for the courier person to collect the packed product from you. We may also request you to courier it back to us. The to & fro cost of the repair/replacement has to be borne by the customer.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. The decision of the company regarding the nature of defect and applicability of this warranty will be final.

In case the defect is found genuine, we will immediately notify you and send you a new product instead of the returned product or we may offer you a refund.

The time required for repair or replacement is subject to availability of the products.

If you still want a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 15 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Disclaimer, limitation on liability

To the extent permissible by applicable law, the pillow is provided “as is” and this warranty and any implied warranties are your exclusive warranties and replace all other warranties or conditions, express or implied. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state and jurisdiction to jurisdiction. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except as set forth in this limited pillow warranty, in no event will Rise & Shine or its suppliers be liable for procurement of substitute products or other special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising out of or related to the pillow or its use by you or any third party, whether under theory of contract, tort (including negligence), indemnity, product liability or otherwise. This limitation will apply even if Rise & Shine has been advised of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Rise & Shine’s total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the pillow-giving rise to such liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. Any dispute is subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
