Q) Are the Pillows Waterproof?
Our pillows are not waterproof. We provide our pillows with two layers of premium cover to protect the inner foam. We prescribe that you take care to guard the Pillows from water or any fluid spills. It is also recommended to use the pillow covers provided with the bedsheet, it would add further protection to the Pillows.
Q) How do I clean my Pillows?
We spend around 7-8 hours sleeping on our pillows, so it is highly recommended to take care of the hygiene of the Pillow. We should always use the Pillow covers provided with the bedsheet and that should be washed every 7 Days. You can also remove the outer cover of the Pillow and spot clean the cover with mild detergent, Use a soft, damp and clean cloth using small circular motions to clean. Remember to dry the cover before putting it back on the pillow. Please Do not Machine wash the cover. For the Pillows you can keep it in the open air/ Sun to remove any smell if present.

Congratulations for your new Pillow! Please follow the steps to easily unpack your pillow.
Step 1: Carefully tear the plastic
Step 2: Unroll the pillow
Step 3: Watch in amazement as your Pillow magically expands!
Step 4: Give it a maximum of 24 hours for it to take its original shape.
Step 5: Have a Good Night Sleep!
Q) Why is the Pillow priced low compared to other brands?
You will be surprised to know that the price you pay at the retail store is actually 40% more than the manufacturing cost of the product. Q) What is Aero Technology?
Sync into the aero comfort to allow your pillow to have the maximum ventilation of air with the pin core technology so that the temperature of the pillow is regulated while you sleep. It helps reduce the heat and gives you a cooler experience. The pads have Pinholes to make the pillow breathable.
Q) Will it take time to get adjusted to the new pillow?
Most likely you’ve been using a different (non Memory Foam /Latex Feel Foam) Pillows all your life and are using a Memory foam and Laytex Foam based Pillows for the first time. Your body needs time to adjust to a new type of pillow and this is why we request you to use the pillow for at least 3 weeks to give your body enough time to adjust to the Pillow.

If the parcel or the product is damaged or tampered with when you receive the parcel, we request you to kindly not accept it and return it to the delivery man with all of the original packaging intact. LAYTEX COMFORT® FOAM: If you prefer soft pillows then our Laytex Comfort® pillows are the perfect choice for you. Super Soft foam with latex feel is similar to natural rubber in terms of bounce and faster response time, the Pillow Remains cool because of the cooling technology which the pillow has. The Laytex Comfort® Foam also has few advantages over Natural Rubber like the pillows will never form knots, create lumps or collapse after sometime.

Rise & Shine Gel Memory Pillows have GEL Infused technology to keep the pillow cool while using. It maintains the temperature of the pillow by releasing the excessive heat generated by the human body during sleep. As the name suggests Memory foam has the ability to remember the original shape, it slowly returns back to it after being compressed. The pillow is made up of 100% pure Visco-elastic memory foam.

All the Rise & Shine products are filler free foam made up of 100% MDI and are safe to be used.

Our Foam are of two different types and both offer slightly different firmness’s to match customer preference and expectation. On a scale of 1 [softest] – 10 [firmest]) we would rate the foam as:
Memory Comfort® & Gel Memory Foam: Our Memory Foam Pillows provides perfect back and posture support without compromising on comfort and coziness. We would rate it 8 on the firmness level.
Laytex Comfort®: Laytex Comfort foam is softer foam which provides a bounce and faster response time. This foam will be rated 6 on the firmness level.
